About the music, he got the Diploma in trumpet by the "A. Vivaldi" Conservatory, Alessandria, in 1983. Now he carries on an intense concert activity in chamber and symphony ensembles.

He has to his credit some important experiences in the pop music and jazz, with the Orchestra led by Paolo Conte, and with the "Marangolo Quartetto Orizzontale", during the Monreal and Montreaux Jazz Festivals.

He works as Collaborator Teacher with the A.T.A Choir in Alessandria and he leads a Chamber Choir interesting especially in music of the XX century and in contemporary music.

He applies himself to little chamber ensembles as Conductor, always performing twentieth-century repertoire.

Parallelly to his teaching activity, he works as promoter of cultural activities.
