Leonardo Marletta was born in Fossano (Italy) in 1945, physician and psychologist, he comes from a long line of musicians. After many years spent in researching into individuals, groups and organizations changes, he carries out an intense activity as behavioural trainer. He was also Management Advisor in the human resources development area and in the area concerning cultural changes in complex organizations. From 1984 to 2000 he led the "Scuola Formatori" (Trainers School) following the EC (Emotions and Communication) method in the Communication Research Centre in Milan (Italy). Since 1997 he has been co-founder of the Laboratory of Science, Culture and Arts in the Castle of Montiglio Monferrato (Asti-Italy).
